The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents police to conduct preliminary enquiry on the petitioner's compliant, dated 19.12.2015 and to take further action.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that based on the compliant of the petitioner dated 19.12.2015, preliminary enquiry was conducted and the petition was closed long back.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that sofar he has not received any copy of the closure report.

5. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) handed over the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

copy of the closure report to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
