ORDER:- This Criminal Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day under the caption "for extension of time" and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dt.14.07.2023 and the requisition letter submitted by the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madurai, in D.No.765/2023 dated 20.11.2023 and this Court made the 1/3

following order:- This petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in M.C.No.13 of 2022.

2. It is evident from the records that this Court, vide order dated 14.07.2023, directed the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madurai to dispose the case in M.C.No.13 of 2022 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Pursuant to the order of this Court dated 14.07.2023, the learned Judge sent a letter dated 10.11.2023, requesting extension of further time of two months to dispose of that case.

3. Now, the learned Judge has disposed of the said M.C.No.13 of 2022 on 20.11.2023 and also submitted a report to that effect. The said report is recorded.
