Prayer in Crl. R.C. (MD) No. 560 of 2021:- This Criminal Revision has been filed under sec. 394 r/w 401 of Cr.P.C., to call for the records pertaining to order in Cr. M.P. No. 1135 of 2021 dated 27/07/2021 passed by the Judicial Magistrate Court, Thiruvaiyaru and to set aside the same. ORDER:- This Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mrs.S. Prabha, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/s M. Aasha, Government Advocate for the respondent, this Court made the following order: The petition has been filed by the petitioner, seeking extension of time to comply with the order made in Crl.R.C(MD)No.560 of 2021, dated 25.02.2022.
2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.
3.Considering the submission made on either side, time granted by this Court vide order dated 25.02.2022, made in Crl.R.C(MD)No.560 of 2021, is extended till 05.05.2022 by failing which the petition https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
stands dismissed automatically without any further reference to this Court.
4.Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
