The very same petitioner has filed yet another writ petition in W.P.(MD) No.14141 of 2014 to forbear the respondent from laying any road through the petitioner's private property bearing Town Survey No. 1038 in Kumbakonam Town, Kumbakonam Taluk, Thanjavur District.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the view

that nothing survives for further adjudication in these matters. Hence, these petitions are closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition are also closed.
