ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to alter the FIR in Crime No.791 of 2016, on the file of the 2nd respondent police on the basis of the Petitioner's complaint, dated 27.11.2016 lodged by the Petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. Perusal of the records shows that this petition has not

been filed by the de facto complainant, who sought the relief of altering the First Information Report in Crime No.791 of 2016. Instead, the son of the de facto complainant filed this petition for his mother. Since this petition is not filed by the de facto complainant, this Court is not inclined to pass any orders in this petition.

4. In the result, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
