O R D E R

The learned Additional Government Pleader had taken notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3. Though there is a fourth respondent, the writ petition is disposed of without issuing notice to the fourth respondent.

2. The writ petition has been filed in the nature of a Mandamus seeking a direction against the second respondent/Tahsildar, 2/5

Thiruparankundram Taluk, to consider the online application filed by the petitioner on 12.11.2022 to survey the land in Survey No.131/1A at Parappathi Village, Thiruparankundram Taluk, Madurai District. The fourth respondent is said to be adjacent land owner. The petitioner had enclosed the copy of the patta and also the FMB sketch.

A direction is issued to the second respondent/Tahsildar, Thiruparankundram Taluk, to proceed further with surveying of the lands of the petitioner herein, but after issuing notice to the fourth respondent and in the presence of the fourth respondent. The entire exercise of conducting survey must be completed within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
