ORDER

This petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure praying to direct the respondent to register the complaint alleged to have been given by the petitioner, on 22.01.2016.

2.It is averred in the petition that the petitioner as defacto complainant has given a complaint on 22.01.2016, wherein it has been clearly mentioned that some cognizable offences are made out, but the respondent has not registered the same and therefore, the present petition has been filed for getting the relief sought therein.

3.Considering the nature of the relief sought in the petition and also considering the averments made in the complaint, the following direction can be issued against the respondent. 4.In fine, this petition is allowed. The respondent is directed to look into the complaint dated 22.01.2016 and if any cognizable offences are made out, register the complaint and proceed as per law.
