The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking for a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents to release the petitioner's vehicle Tata Tipper Lorry bearing Registration No.TN 69 AH 8094 within a stipulated time.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents on instructions submitted that pending writ petition, the vehicle was released on 08.08.2015 itself and hence, the matter has become infructuous. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In view of the said submission, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No Costs.
