O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to dispose of the application in O.A.No.8 of 2021 on the file of the second respondent within the specified time.

2. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner fairly submits that early disposal of the pending application in O.A.No.8 of 2021 would be sufficient to meet the ends of justice.

In such view of the matter, the second respondent is directed to dispose of the application in O.A.No.8 of 2021, if not disposed of earlier, on merits and in accordance with law after affording an opportunity of hearing to all the parties, preferably within a period of four months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
