2023 and the requisition letter submitted by the Principal District Judge Tirunelveli, in D.No.9055/2025 dated 17.07.2025 seeking further extension of time for disposal of the case in LAOP No.
This court, by order dated 31.03.2023, directed the Court below to dispose of the case in L.A.O.P.No.120 of 2022 within a period of twelve months from the date of receipt of copy of the order.
2. Thereafter, heeding to the request of the learned Principal District Judge, Tirunelveli, vide letter No.8974 dated 03.07.2024 for extension of time for the disposal of the case, this court by order dated 22.07.2024 granted further nine months' time from the date of receipt of copy of the order.
3. Now, the learned Principal District Judge, once again addressed a letter vide D.No.9055/2025, dated 17.07.2025 whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, he requested further nine months time to comply with the order dated 31.03.2023 and 22.07.2024 made in this Civil Revision Petition.
4. Considering the reasons stated by the Court below for extension of time, nine months time is extended from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the orders dated 31.03.2023 and 22.07.2024.
