RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD) NO.6683 of 2020 dated 30/06/2020 that, The Petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance, within a period of four weeks from the dated of receipt of a copy of this order, before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pattukottai, Thanjavur District, on condition that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the respondent Police or to the Police Officer, who intends to arrest or to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that:

(a) the petitioner and the sureties shall affix their photographs and left thumb impression in the surety bond and the Magistrate may obtain a copy of their Aadhar card or Bank pass Book to ensure their identity:

(b) the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.80,000/- (Rupees Eighty Thousand only) before the concerned District Mineral and Foundation Trust on or before 15.07.2020, without prejudice and subject to outcome of the trial.

CRL MP(MD) No.3574 of 2020 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.VEERASEKARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Court by order dated 30.06.2020 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.6683 of 2020 directed the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.80,000/-. To modify the aforesaid condition, the present petition has been filed.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances, there is no ground to modify the aforesaid condition.

3. In view of the above, the Criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed and the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.80,000/-(Rupees Eighty Thousand Only) in favour of the concerned District Mineral and Foundation Trust, within a period of Three Weeks from today.
