This petition has been filed to quash the Crime No.14 of 2016, on the file of the Inspector of police, All women police station, Nilakottai , Dindigul District.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, the learned counsel for the second respondent and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the first respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that after investigation, final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nilakottai and the same was taken on file as STC.No.58 of 2017 and the case is posted for next hearing on 17.04.2017.

4. Since investigation is completed and the case was taken on file as STC.No.58 of 2017, this petition is not maintainable and hence this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous is closed.
