Thalaiyadi Kottai Village Tank, situating in Paramakudi Taluk, Ramanathapuram District and consequently, to direct the respondents 1 to 5 to register the petitioner's water users association and to allot the Kudimaramath work of petitioner's village tank to the petitioner's water users association, which is having majority support of petitioner's village tank's ayacutdars by considering the petitioner's representation dated 27.05.2020 & 03.07.2020 within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court.
