ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned tender notification in proceedings Nil dated 14.03.2025 of the respondent, which was published in the Daily Thanthi Tamil News Paper on 16.03.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submits that the tender notification dated 14.03.2025 has been cancelled by the respondent and they issued a fresh tender notification.

4. Since the tender notification, which is impugned in this writ petition has been cancelled, there is no occasion for the petitioner to agitate this writ petition and hence, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
