This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent, not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent police frequently called the petitioner and his family members and harassed them under the guise of enquiry. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions, would submit that after completion of enquiry, petition enquiry has been conducted and subsequently the same has been closed on 31.12.2016 and the petitioner's appearance is not at all required by the respondent Police. Hence, there is no scope of harassment as alleged by the petitioner.

5. In view of the above submission of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
