Suyambulinga Bharathi, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No. 996 of 2020 on the file of the Respondent Police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 406, 420 & 506(i) of I.P.C., in Crime No.996 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seek/s anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the respondent police and perused the material documents available on record.

3. It is seen from the records that the petitioner is arrayed as accused No.4 and this is the second bail application. The accused are Railway Officers and the co-accused were arrested and they are still in judicial custody. In so far as the allegation against the petitioner is that A1 in this case has received an amount from the defacto complainant for getting a job and the accused were conducted an interview. The earlier bail petition is also dismissed. There is no change of circumstances.

4. In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
