This Criminal Original petition is filed seeking a direction to the first respondent, not to harass the petitioner and her family members under the guise of enquiry based on the second respondent's complaint.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent.
3. The petitioner stated that she is residing in a house, which was purchased by her in the year 1995. However, a complaint was received by the first respondent police from the second respondent alleging that the house in which the petitioner is residing belonged to the second respondent and that the petitioner has to vacate the house. It was on the basis of the complaint received from the second respondent, the petitioner is being harassed.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that though a complaint was received from the second
respondent, after enquiry it was closed and that therefore there is no harassment.
5. Recording the said submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original petition is closed. Sd/- Assistant Registrar(T&P) /True Copy/ Sub Assistant Registrar.
