This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the second respondent to file a final report in crime No.22 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 294(b), 323, 324, 379, 506(2) IPC and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
3.Today, when the petition is came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the second respondent police, after completing investigation in crime No.22 of 2020, filed charge sheet on 15.06.2020 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Valioor.
4.Recording the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous.
