ORDER

The petitioner has filed this Civil Revision Petition to to direct the learned Subordinate Judge, Pudukkottai to expedite the trial in H.M.O.P.No.275 of 2015.

2. It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the respondent that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and to that effect, a memo of compromise, dated 14.07.2018 signed by both the parties and their respective learned counsel, has been filed.

In view of the amicable settlement between the parties, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of in terms of the compromise memo dated 14.07.2018, with the following directions: i) the learned Subordinate Judge, Pudukkottai is directed to decree the petition in H.M.O.P.No.275 of 2015 filed by the respondent/husband for divorce, on the basis of the compromise entered into between the parties during pendency of the Civil Revision Petition, in the presence of both the parties, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

ii) The compromise memo dated 14.07.2018 shall form part and parcel of this order.

No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed."
