This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file the final report in Crime No.225 of 2015 within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

3. A perusal of the F.I.R would go to show that it was registered on 14.07.2015. The said case has been registered for offence under Sections 294(b), 506(i) I.P.C. and Section 3(1) of PPDL Act.

4. Going by the nature of the allegations and the number of accused involved in the crime, it will take some time to complete the investigation by the respondent and file final report. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to expedite the investigation and file final report as expeditiously as possible.
