ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioners on 21.03.2025 seeking to modify the condition imposed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Theni, in Crl.M.P.No.687 of 2025, dated 10.03.2025.
2. The reasons stated in the petition are satisfactory. Hence, this Court is 1/3
inclined to modify the condition No (ii) [mistakenly typed as condition No (iii) in the bail order]. Accordingly, the said condition is modified as 'the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Theni District, weekly once, i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. In case, if Monday is a Holiday, then, the petitioner shall appear on the next working day. Further, the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Theni District on all hearing dates'.
3. To the above extent this Criminal Original Petition is ordered. The other conditions shall hold good.
