ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.04.2018 and pass appropriate orders for payment of subsistence allowance to the petitioner in the light of the order passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Madurai.

2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, the petitioner was dismissed from service with retrospective effect by order dated Na.Ka.2704/17/A3, dated 15.06.2018. 3.Under such circumstances, leaving it open to the petitioner, to challenge the above said order, this writ petition stands closed. No costs.
