Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 herein to remove the illegal encroachments put up by the respondents 4 to 7 in the property comprised in S.No.416/3, Vellanoor Village, Pudukkottai District on the basis of the petitioner representation dated 03.04.2021 within the time prescribed by this Court.

W.P.(MD)No.8800 of 2021 directing the respondents 1 and 2 herein to remove the illegal encroachments put up by the respondents 4 to 7 in the property comprised in S.No.416/3, Vellanoor Village, Pudukkottai District on the basis of her representation dated 03.04.2021, within the time prescribed by this Court.

2. From the affidavit filed in support of this petition and the documents filed in the typed set of papers, it is not clear as to what is the petitioner's right and whether there is an encroachment. Therefore, we cannot issue any direction based on these pleadings.

3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the petitioner to give a fresh representation to the third respondent, which shall be dealt with in accordance with law, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date on which such representation is given, after notice to the respondents 4 to 7. No costs.
