ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the second respondent herein to register a case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 24.03.2018 and to investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that even though the complaint has been received by the second respondent, neither he conducted an enquiry nor registered a case. Hence, he come forward with the present petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would submit that the complaint made by the petitioner will come within the jurisdiction of Palani Taluk Police Station and not within the jurisdiction of the second respondent herein. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), no direction could be issued in this criminal original petition and accordingly, the same is dismissed.
