The contempt petition has been filed complaining that the third respondent/Tahsildar, Aathoor Taluk, Dindigul District had not complied with the direction of this Court in W.P.(MD). No. 21400 of 2022, dated 12.10.2022.

2.Nothing survives for further adjudication in the contempt petition, since the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent stated that the representation of the petitioner had been favourably considered by the respondent and also produced the copy of the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.1503/2018, dated 12.12.2022. 3.The copy of the said proceedings had also been retained in the Court records for reference. In view of the above, this contempt petition is closed.
