DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN., J AND R.POORNIMA.,J Habeas Corpus Petition filed by the husband seeking issuance of a Writ of Habeas Corpus to bring the person or body of the detenue P.Pavithra, aged about 20 years, wife of Pandiyan(the Petitioner herein) before this Court and set her at liberty.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2/State states that the said Pavithra was admitted in a private hospital at Namakkal for treatment as inpatient and the same has also been informed to the petitioner.The medical 2/5

records issued by Vibha Medcare, Namakkal was conveyed to the Petitioner, after filing of the Habeas Corpus Petition. Hence, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Habeas Corpus Petition. Permission is granted. 4.Accordingly, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
