This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file the final report in Cr.No.147 of 2015 on the file of the respondent within a stipulated time fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

3. Today when the matter was taken up for hearing, Mrs.V.Ambika, Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Melur represented that the radiological examination of the victim girl should have been done in order to ascertain her age and hence she requests time for filing final report.

4. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to cooperate with the police for sending the victim girl for radiological examination. Taking into consideration the nature of allegations, six months' time is granted for the respondent police to complete the investigation and file final report.

With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
