This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioners on 21.03.2025 seeking to modify the condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Kanniyakumari District at Nagercoil vide order dated 12.03.2025.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.A.Balakrishnan, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. To that effect, he has made an endorsement in the case file and the same is extracted hereunder;
"It is instructed by the petitioner to withdraw the petition. Hence, I may be permit to withdraw this petition"
