ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 praying to enlarge the petitioners on bail.

2.It is averred in the petition that the petitioners have been shown as accused 2 to 4 in Crime No.144 of 2015 on the file of Mukkudal Police Station. Further it is averred in the petition that the properties alleged to have been stolen by the petitioners and another accused have already been recovered and almost all witnesses have been examined and further the petitioners have been arrested and remanded to custody on 16.11.2016 and under the said circumstances, the present petition has been filed for getting the relief sought therein.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) has represented that almost all witnesses have been examined and the property involved in the alleged occurrence has also been recovered. 4.Considering the representation made on the side of the respondent and also considering the nature of the offences alleged to have been committed by the petitioners, this Court is of the view to grant bail to them subject to the following conditions. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.In fine, this petition is allowed and the petitioners will be released on bail on executing a bond to the tune of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees five thousand only) and two sureties each for the likesum to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, Cheranmahadevi. Further it is directed that the petitioners should stay at Cheranmahadevi and daily twice i.e., at 10.00 a.m. and 05.00 p.m. report before the Judicial Magistrate, Cheranmahadevi without fail until further orders.
