:Respondent Prayer:This Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the respondent in App.No.2015/0204/26/04632, dated 11.03.2015 and quash the same and further direct the respondent to issue a Community Certificate to the petitioner's daughter S.Kavitha.

ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM.J.) This petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the respondent in App.No.2015/0204/26/04632, dated 11.03.2015 and quash the same and further direct the respondent to issue a Community Certificate to the petitioner's daughter S.Kavitha.
2. Heard the Mr.K.Kumaravel, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V.Muruganantham, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondent.
3. The petitioner seeks for issuing a community certificate for his daughter as Hindu, Telugu Patty Chetty Community, which is classified as BC. The petitioner has been issued a certificate by the Zonal Deputy Tashildar, Srivilliputhur and his son, namely, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Maheshwaran has been given a certificate by the Zonal Deupty Tashildar, Srivilliputhur.
4. Though at the time, when he applied for certificate for himself and his son, the petitioner was residing in Srivilliputhur and now he has shifted his residence to Rajapalayam and the Ration Card also has been transferred to his address at Rajapalayam, as could seen from the endorsement made in the family Ration Card.
5. In the light of the same, we direct the petitioner to resubmit the written application form along with the copy of this order to the respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such re-submission, the respondent shall verify all the details and take note of the community certificates issued to the petitioner and petitioner's son and issue appropriate certificate to the petitioner's daughter within a period of three weeks from the date on which the application is represented.
6. With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
