This Criminal Original petition is filed seeking a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner in the name of enquiry.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is being harassed by the respondent police under the guise of enquiry with regard to false complaint given by certain individuals against the petitioner.

4. It appears that there is some dispute due to money transactions.

5. The learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) on instructions submitted that the respondent police after holding petition enquiry, closed the complaint and there is no petition or enquiry pending against the petitioner.
