Prayer in CRL RC(MD). 308/ 2022 :

To call for the records and set aside the Judgment passed in Crl Appeal No. 126/2017 on the file of the 6th Additional Sessions Judge, Madurai dated 30.10.2019 prepared against the Judgment passed in STC No. 1491 of 2012, Judicial Magistrate No.1, Fast track Court at Magisterial level, Madurai dated 21.03.2014. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.RAJARAMAN.R, Advocate for the petitioner the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD) No.3918 of 2022 in Crl.RC(MD)No.308 of 2021, dated 24.03.2022.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

3. In the light of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD) No.3918 of 2022 in Crl.RC(MD) No.308 of 2021, dated 24.03.2022 is modified to the effect that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.5261 of 2022 petitioner shall appear before the trial Court once in a month i.e., on the first working day of every English calender month at 10.30 a.m., till the disposal of the Crl.RC.(MD) No.308 of 2022.
