Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 341 and 307 of I.P.C in Crime No.133 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent/State.

3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on instructions would submit that totally there are three accused in this case. The petitioner herein is A-1 and A-2 and A-3 were granted anticipatory bail by this Court as per the order passed in Crl.O.P(MD)No.21016 of 2016, dated 22.11.2016. He further submitted that the petitioner along with A-2 and A-3 filed the above petition seeking anticipatory bail and that petition was dismissed in respect the petitioner herein. He further submitted that the petitioner has attacked the injured with knife on his stomach.

4.From the perusal of the present petition, it is found that the fact of dismissal of anticipatory bail petition against the petitioner herein is suppressed by the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case and the charge against the petitioner herein, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
