This writ petition has been filed by Mr.S.Chitra, seeking writ of Mandamus directing the Dean, Madurai Medical College, Madurai to fill up the post of 'Non Medical Demonstrator' in Madurai Medical College, Madurai-20, as notified in Circular Ref.4054/E2/2/2014, dated 18.07.2014 issued by Respondent 2, to which post the petitioner had applied for, on the basis of the petitioner's application dated 21.07.2014.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Mr.R.Anandharaj, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents.
3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner was recruited by the Tamil Nadu Government Recruitment Board as Typist on 24.08.2009 and promoted as Assistant with effect from 29.10.2012. Now, presently serving in Madurai Medical College. In the meanwhile, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the third respondent called for application for filling up of 'Non Medical Demonstrators' lying vacant. The petitioner submitted the application for the 'Non Medical Demonstrators' posts, since the concurrence of the Director of Medical Education, the second respondent has not been duly accord. As and when the concurrence is granted by the second respondent, the prayer of the petitioner in the application 21.07.2014, is duly considered. 4.Recording the statement of the learned Government Advocate, the third respondent is directed to dispose of the petitioner's application dated 21.07.2014 by passing a speaking order, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
