ORDER
The petition has been filed seeking direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioners and their family members under the guise of enquiry.
2.The grievance of the petitioners is that the first petitioner is a senior citizen and the second petitioner is the son of the first petitioner and he is running an Electrical Shop at Nehru Nagar. The third respondent is working as a women constable at Tamil Nadu Railway Police and she is a neighbor of the first petitioner. The first petitioner is using the toilet in front of her house. The third respondent unnecessarily quarreled with the petitioners and demanded the petitioners to demolish the toilet. In this regard, the third respondent gave a false complaint against the second petitioner and the first petitioner's daughter's husband and his son. Crl.O.P.(MD)No.6214 of 2021 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint given by the third respondent, an enquiry was initiated in C.S.R.No.203 of 2021 and during the course of enquiry, the third respondent appeared and undertook to withdraw the complaint and she has also stated that no further action is required on her complaint. On that ground, the complaint was closed on 07.05.2021. Hence, nothing survives for further direction or adjudication in this petition.
4.Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
