ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents herein to change the name in the R.C.Book, by surrendering the petitioner's vehicle Mahindra and Mahindra Ltd. (Maxi Cab) Tourist Vehicle 2010 Model bearing Registration No.TN-59-AY-5524, based on the petitioner's representation dated 19.02.2025.
2. With the consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. Seeking to effect name transfer in the R.C. book of the vehicle belonging to the petitioner, bearing Registration No.TN-59-AY-5524, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 19.02.2025. Since no action has been taken on the matter, the petitioner has approached this Court with the present writ petition.
4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that if the petitioner produces all the relevant documents to
put forth his case before the second respondent, the same will be considered in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
5. Recording the above submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of, with a direction to the petitioner to submit all the relevant documents before the second respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Upon receipt of such documents, the second respondent shall consider the same on merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within one month thereafter.
