PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to call for the records of the learned Vacation Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli in Cr.M.P.No.2652 of 2018 and set aside the order dated 10.05.2018 and consequently relax the condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli in Cr.M.P.No.5513 of 2017, dated 10.11.2017. ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records of the learned Vacation Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli in Cr.M.P.No.2652 of 2018 and set aside the order dated 10.05.2018 and consequently relax the condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli in Cr.M.P.No.5513 of 2017, dated 10.11.2017.
2.The petitioner was arrested in Crime No.261 of 2017 on the file of the respondent police. Later bail was granted by the learned Principal Sessions Judge (FAC), Tirunelveli in Cr.M.P.No.5513 of 2017, dated 10.11.2017 on condition that the petitioner shall report before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate No.IV, Chennai. Accordingly, the petitioner complied with the condition. Thereafter, he filed a relaxation petition in Cr.M.P.No.2652 of 2018 before the learned Principal Sessions Judge (FAC), Tirunelveli and the same was dismissed. Aggrieved by the same, he filed the present Criminal Original Petition before this Court.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent submitted that the final report has been filed in this case and the same was taken on file as P.R.C.No.21 of 2018. 4.Considering the present facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli in Cr.M.P.No.5513 of 2017, dated 10.11.2017 and set aside the order passed in Cr.M.P.No.2652 of 2018, dated 10.05.2018.
