PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 528 of BNSS Act, 2023, to direct the 3rd respondent Not to Harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to follow the circular in C.No.18/ADGP/L&O/Camp/2024 dt. 09.01.2024.

ORDER

The present petition has been filed seeking a direction as against the third respondent police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, submitted that they have received a complaint from the fourth respondent as against the petitioner on 23.02.2026 and after enquiry, it was closed on 28.02.2026. He further submits that there is no further enquiry as against the petitioner.

3. Recording the above said facts, this this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
