O R D E R

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the order, which forms the subject matter of the present contempt petition, has been complied with by the respondent. It was further submitted that the respondent, while complying with the order, has rejected the petitioner's request and, therefore, liberty may be granted to the petitioner to challenge the said order in the manner known to law. 2.Recording the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Contempt Petition is disposed of, granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order passed by the respondent, if so advised and in accordance with law.

3.There shall be no order as to costs.
