ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner seeks issuance of patta in respect of the petition mentioned land. Her case is that patta stood in the name of her husband and that it has been lost. Her husband is also no more. The respondents indicate that the petitioner is not in possession of the property. I do not want to go into the merits of the matter.

3.The second respondent is directed to consider the petition mentioned representation and pass an appropriate order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The second respondent shall put the interested persons, if any, on notice before passing final order. It is open to the second respondent to pass order one way or the other.
