Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.V.R.MANOHAHARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.AASHA, Government Advocate (Crimal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to suspend the Sentence imposed on the petitioner by the learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Dindigul in S.C.No.108 of 2017, dated 24.03.2022 and release the petitioner on bail pending disposal of the Criminal appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and peruse the materials placed before this Court.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the respondent had followed all the procedures as contemplated under the Act and proved the case beyond reasonable doubt. Therefore, there is no ground to consider the petition for suspension of sentence, pending the appeal.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the nature of the offence, this Court is not inclined to suspend the sentence and hence this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
