The above petition has been filed seeking orders to condone the delay of 4 days in filing the restore petition to restore the second appeal, which was dismissed for default on 04.02.2026.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that they are not having any objections to condone the delay.

4. Considering the above, this Court is inclined to allow the petition. Accordingly, this petition is ordered. The Registry is directed to number the restoration petition on file, if it is otherwise in order and post the same on 17.04.2026.
