RESPONDENTS/COMPLAINANTS Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to cancel the Anticipatory Bail Order in Crl.M.P.(MD) NO.212 of 2018 dated 01/06/2018 on the file of the Vacation Sessions Judge, Madurai in Crime No.333 of 2018 on the file of the 1st Respondent Police .

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.A.ROBINSON, Government Advocate for R1 and petitioner not appearing either in person or by an Advocate, and the court made the following order:- The petitioner has filed this Criminal Original Petition for cancelling the Anticipatory Bail granted in favour of the respondents 2 to 4 herein, in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.212 of 2018 dated 01.06.2018.

2.There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 3.The petitioner is the de-facto complainant in Crime No.333 of 2018, on the file of K.Pudur Police Station. Her case is that the accused have received a sum of Rs.50,000/- as advance amount for carrying out repair works before letting the premises on lease. Her grievance is that possession was not handed over. The advance amount was not returned. Therefore, she caused registration of the case in question. The accused applied for Anticipatory Bail. The matter was referred to mediation. Even before the mediation got concluded, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Anticipatory Bail is granted in favour of the accused by order dated 01.06.2018. Questioning the same, this Criminal Original Petition is filed.

4.This Court is of the view that the grounds set out in this Criminal Original Petition are not sufficient for cancelling Anticipatory Bail granted in favour of the accused. 5.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. sd/- 28/06/2018 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
