PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of habeas corpus directing the respondents 1 and 2 herein to produce the petitioner's wife namely, M.Anisha (aged 22 years) and the petitioner's son namely, L.A.Anistalin Leo (aged 11 months), before this Hon'ble Court and set them at liberty. [Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.] This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to produce the wife of the petitioner, namely, M.Anisha (aged 22 years) and son of the petitioner, namely, L.A.Anistalin Leo (aged 11 months) and set them at liberty. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing Mr.K.Ragatheesh Kumar, the learned Counsel for the petitioner would state that both the detenues have been produced before the Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Thuckley, Kanyakumari District.
