This petition has been filed to direct the respondent herein not to harass the petitioner as well as not to interfere into the civil dispute.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on record. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions would submit that the respondent police served summons to the petitioner herein for enquiry and the petitioner did not appear before the respondent for enquiry. Since the petitioner did not co-operate for the enquiry, the same has been closed. He produced a xerox copy of the closure report before this Court.

4. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
