Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.This writ petition has been filed for forbearing the respondents from forming road in the petition mentioned land. 3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate on instructions from the third respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.7533 of 2020 submitted that no such road has been formed in the petition mentioned land. If there is any proposal to form a road, the same will be done only as per due process of law.

4.Recording the said submission, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
