RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to EXTEND THE TIME LIMIT granted in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.5494 of 2020 dated 03.06.2020 to surrender and execute the sureties before the court concerned and to pass such further or other order and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.SATHISH BABU, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner to execute the sureties and surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that earlier this Court by an order, dated 03.06.2020 granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner on condition to surrender before the concerned Court within a period of 15 days. He would further submit that the petitioner has appeared before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Dindigul along with two sureties and the learned Magistrate has refused to accept the sureties on the ground that the petitioner has produced a web copy of the order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

3. Considering the rival submission, time granted by this Court vide order dated 03.06.2020 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.5494 of 2020 is extended by two weeks from today.
