PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to issuing the patta in name of "Arulmigu Sangaramoorthy Vinayagar Temple Purambokku situated in S.No.952/2 of Sangaralingapuram Village hamlet of ondipulinayakanur Village, Virudhunagar Taluk, Virudhunagar District and to considering petitioner representation dated 01.08.2024. ORDER
The petitioner has prayed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to issue patta in the name of the Temple by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 01.08.2024.
2. Considering the scope of the relief sought for in this writ petition, with the consent of the counsel appearing on either side, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.
3. I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Lingadurai, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4.

4. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 would submit that though the petitioner has sought for direction against the respondents 1 to 4, the second respondent would be the competent person to decide the eligibility of the petitioner for patta.
5. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to consider on merits and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 01.08.2024, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
