The Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking orders to withdraw the suit in O.S.No.1432 of 2025 from the file of the III Additional 1/4

District Court, Coimbatore and transfer the same to the III Additional District and Sessions Court, Trichy.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing on either side would submit that the parties have entered into a settlement before the Mediator. The Mediation Centre has submitted its final report along with the settlement agreement entered into between the parties.

3. In view of the above, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
