the Government Order in G.O.(Ms)No.465, Revenue and Disaster Management Department, dated 27.11.2018, by considering their representations. 2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that a similar claim was submitted by atleast 10 petitioners and this Court has already considered for the other eight petitioners in W.P.(MD)Nos.8226 of 2021 and batch, vide order, dated 19.06.2023, wherein this Court has directed to consider the representation and pass appropriate orders in accordance to law and the petitioners were directed to produce relevant documents. It is recorded in the said order that the petitioners are occupying the said place for more than five decades.
3.Therefore, following the said order, this Court is also directing the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioners in accordance to law and pass orders. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4/6
4.With the above said observation, the writ petitions are allowed. No costs.
